Testimonial #1- While communicating with a rancher east of Ensenada we asked him what he thought of the use of his property by off-roaders who passed through.

The Response- The rancher said he does not mind. His animals sometimes get frightened and he prefers to move them to another area during organized events.

When asked if there was something we could do as a goodwill gesture he responded by saying he could use some Pine seeds so he can grow some Pine trees.

The Point- by provided something as simple as Pine seeds we stand to gain years of access.

While speaking with a San Vincente area property owner we asked if he had any issues.

The Response-His response was that he is not happy when his locks get cut or his gate gets demolished. He intends to build a concrete barrier that will be stationary and force access to go another direction.

We asked him what would prevent him from building the barrier. He responded by stating he just wants two new locks and not to have them cut. He mentioned that if someone wants to pass through they can simply ask and he will grant them passage.

We met with a land owner west of Santo Tomas. In discussing his concerns he only requested that people not paint marker arrows on the rocks and thought it would be nice if riders stopped by once in a while to ask if it was ok to pass.

We want to hear reports from members who have encountered an area of concern. Although we care about all areas, please understand that we must prioritize based on the request, the need, access to the location and the expense of fulfilling any necessary action.
